Fitness/Wellness Classes are held in 4-week sessions.
Class Descriptions:
Faithfully Fit: A type of fitness class which blends cardio, strength, and flexibility. The workout routine merges cardio (jumping jacks), with strength (push-ups, lunges, weight training) and core work, often body-weight-based. Our Goal is to improve stamina, tone muscles, burn fat, and boost energy through varied movements. All fitness routines can be performed standing or sitting and all body types are welcome.
Tier 1 Classes
Join us for our entry- to intermediate-level classes that emphasize general wellness, balance, and fun. Minimal equipment is utilized.
