Wellness Center
The Wellness Center features strength, cardio, and free weight equipment including:
• Strength equipment featuring functional trainers and selectorized machines.
• Cardio machines including: treadmills, elliptical trainers, rowing machine, stepmills, upright and recumbent bikes.
• Free weights, racks and benches including power cage, Smith machine, preacher curl, ab and back benches and stretching area with balls and mats.
• Bright room with mirror lined walls.
Age Restrictions:
Individuals aged 14-17 may use the Wellness Center with parental supervision. Youth under the age of 13 years old are not allowed in the Wellness center.
Risks and Restrictions:
The Wellness Center is supervised during all hours of operation. Individuals must assume personal responsibility for risks associated with using the wellness center/weight room.
Wellness Center Hours:
- Monday-Friday 7:30am-8:30pm
- Saturday-Sunday 8:00am-3:30pm
