Juneteenth Festival – Merchandise Vendor Guidelines
Vendor Interest Form & Approval Process
All prospective vendors must complete a Vendor Interest Form for consideration.
Submission of the form does not guarantee participation. Vendors will be reviewed and selected based on event needs, product type, and overall alignment with the purpose and atmosphere of the Juneteenth Festival. Only vendors formally approved by the Recreation Department will be permitted to participate. Approved vendors will receive confirmation along with next steps, including payment instructions and event logistics. The Township reserves the right to limit the number and type of vendors to ensure a well-balanced and high-quality event experience.
