General Information


Refund Policy: Refunds will be issued if requested prior to attending the program or if the program is cancelled by the department. Refunds will be issued on case by case basis. A doctor’s note will be needed to receive a refund based on medical reasons. $10 administrative fee will be charged for any approved refund. All bus trips and events will have refund deadlines. As long as the refund is requested prior to that date, refunds will be issued. No refunds will be given after the deadline.

Registration: Registration is on first-come-first served basis and all forms must be complete with payment. The department will not hold a spot for anyone without proper forms or payment. Proof of residency may be required.

Registration is easy! We have four ways for you to register.
  • Online Registration: WillingboroRec.com
  • In person: Register at the Kennedy Center Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm
  • Drop Box: Completed registration forms and checks can be enclosed in an envelope and dropped in our payment box anytime Monday-Friday between 8am-9:30pm and Saturday-Sunday from 8am-3:30pm. Please pay in cash.
  • Mail: Send completed registration forms and checks to: Willingboro Recreation & Parks Department, Kennedy Center, 429 John F. Kennedy Way, Willingboro, NJ 08046.
Discounts: Discounts are available for certain programs for Senior Citizens ages 60 and over. Willingboro seniors pay half price and non-Willingboro seniors pay the Willingboro rate. If you are registering three or more people in the same family for the same program, the 3rd and 4th person are half price. Discounts do not apply to our Fitness Center, trips and some youth sports. Summer camps have separate discounts.
