The Mental Health Writer's Group is a supportive, peer-centered writing space for adults navigating mental health challenges (including addictions). Through guided prompts, reflective writing, optional sharing, and respectful listening, participants use writing as a tool for expression, processing, and connection.
This group is not therapy and does not position the facilitator as a clinician. Instead, it offers a structured, emotionally safe environment where participants can explore their thoughts and experiences through writing with care and dignity.
