Our Intro to Track program gives young athletes a fun and supportive introduction to the sport by focusing on foundational skills in running, pacing, and jumping. Through age-appropriate drills, games, and technique instruction, participants build confidence, coordination, and a love for staying active.

Designed for beginners, the program emphasizes personal progress, teamwork, and sportsmanship. No prior experience needed, just enthusiasm and a willingness to try something new.
