Refund Policy
Refunds will be issued if requested prior to attending the program or if the program is cancelled by the department. Refunds will be issued on case by case basis. A doctor’s note will be needed to receive a refund based on medical reasons. $10 administrative fee will be charged for any approved refund. All bus trips and events will have refund deadlines. As long as the refund is requested prior to that date, refunds will be issued. No refunds will be given after the deadline.
