Faithfully Fit - Faithfully Fit (April 6 - May 1) Join us for a fitness class blending cardio, strength, and flexibility. The workout routine merges cardio (jumping jacks), with strength (push-ups, lunges, weight training) and core work, often body-weight-based. Our Goal is to improve stamina, tone muscles, burn fat, and boost energy through varied movements. All fitness routines can be performed standing or sitting and all body types are welcome. The program runs in 4-week sessions. There are 12 classes each session! You can also attend one day at a time! Please use the Single Day option at check out.
