Fitness/Wellness Classes are held in 4-week sessions. Class Descriptions: Faithfully Fit: A type of fitness class which blends cardio, strength, and flexibility. The  workout routine merges cardio (jumping jacks), with strength (push-ups, lunges, weight training) and core work, often body-weight-based. Our Goal is to improve stamina, tone muscles, burn fat, and boost energy through varied movements. All fitness routines can be performed standing or sitting and all body types are welcome. Soul Cycling: A high-energy indoor cycling experience that blends cardiovascular endurance with motivation and mindfulness. This class focuses on rhythm-based riding and intentional movement to challenge the body while uplifting the mind. Participants leave feeling empowered and energized!
