Faithfully Fit - Faithfully Fit (May 4 - Jun 1) Join us for a fitness class blending cardio, strength, and flexibility. The workout routine merges cardio (jumping jacks), with strength (push-ups, lunges, weight training) and core work, often body-weight-based. Our Goal is to improve stamina, tone muscles, burn fat, and boost energy through varied movements. All fitness routines can be performed standing or sitting and all body types are welcome. The program runs in 4-week sessions. There are 12 classes each session! You can also attend one day at a time! Please use the Single Day option at check out.

Track and Field - Intro to Track & Field Our Intro to Track program gives young athletes a fun and supportive introduction to the sport by focusing on foundational skills in running, pacing, and jumping. Through age-appropriate drills, games, and technique instruction, participants build confidence, coordination, and a love for staying active.
Designed for beginners, the program emphasizes personal progress, teamwork, and sportsmanship. No prior experience needed, just enthusiasm and a willingness to try something new.
