ZUMBA WITH BONNI
Seated Zumba Gold is a dance fitness class specifically designed for individuals who may have mobility or balance issues, may be recovering from an injury, or just seeking a low impact but exciting and fun workout. It adapts standard Zumba choreography to make it easy to follow and safe to do in a chair.  Seated Zumba Gold is a great way to improve cardiovascular health, build strength and flexibility and improve your mood all while being easy on the joints. Whether you chose to stand or stay seated come for a great time of movement, good music, and fun with Zumba with Bonni!
 
Zumba is a dance fitness class that combines Latin, international and other genres of music with energetic and easy to follow dance moves to create a fun social and effective aerobic workout.  It is a great way to improve cardiovascular health, burn calories, make friends and have a good time in the process.
